Dr. Jack Groppel is an internationally recognized authority on the application of sport science to human performance, and an expert in fitness and nutrition. A world renowned professional speaker, Dr. Groppel has shared the speaking platform with world figures ranging from former Presidents George Bush and Gerald Ford to Secretary of State Colin Powell, and actor Christopher Reeve.

Dr. Groppel developed the Corporate Athlete® concept for his training program while serving as an associate professor of kinesiology and bioengineering at the University of Illinois. From 1981-1991, his Corporate Athlete® program helped both business executives and athletes increase performance levels. In 1992, he combined his program with Dr. Jim Loehr and fitness expert Pat Etcheberry to form LGE Performance Systems.
