Carlos Conejo was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, and immigrated to the United States at the age of six. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing in 1979 from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

Most recently he comes to us from over 10 years as a Product Manager and Sales Manager in the health insurance industry, where he parlayed his knowledge of demographics and marketing information into record-setting production. Mr. Conejo is now President of Multicultural Associates, a firm specializing in bilingual employee training & development.

He is a member of American Society for Training & Development, National Speakers Association and the International Federation of Professional Speakers.

He is the author of Seven Secrets for Your Success audio and workbook program, and the highly acclaimed new book, Motivating Hispanic Employees.
